We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
To deliver the alerts you asked for, and to contact you about your subscription. That's all. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No third party receives your number except the messaging carriers and our messaging provider, and only to deliver the messages you requested.
Text alerts are opt-in. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, by turning the toggle off on your board, or by asking us to remove your number. Full program terms are in SMS Terms & Privacy.
We do not sell or rent subscriber information to anyone.
The incidents in our alerts come from public sources: public safety dispatch feeds, public radio traffic, and public property records. Property information shown in an alert originates from those public records, not from you, and is provided to subscribers for their commercial use in offering restoration services.
We keep your subscriber record while your subscription is active. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it — email matthew.roumain@1800packouts.com and we will action it.
