K1 Dispatch fire-dispatch alerts ยท last updated August 5, 2026
K1 Dispatch sends automated text alerts about structure fires dispatched in the service areas you select. The program is operated by 1-800-Packouts of the East Valley (Encanto Builders LLC). It is intended for restoration, roofing, and construction professionals who have asked to be notified of fire activity in their territory.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a K1 Dispatch board and turning on the Text message toggle, which is off by default. Text alerts are never enabled without that action. Providing a number is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you may choose email or web push instead.
Frequency varies with fire activity in your selected areas โ there is no fixed schedule. A typical subscriber receives between 1 and 15 messages per week. Periods of high fire activity produce more; quiet weeks may produce none.
Message and data rates may apply. K1 Dispatch does not charge for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received.
STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation,
and no further texts.HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.START to resume after cancelling. You can also turn text alerts off from your board at any time, or ask us to remove your number entirely.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. K1 Dispatch alerts are an informational convenience, not an emergency service. Never rely on them for life-safety decisions, and never contact or approach an active incident scene in a way that interferes with responding agencies.
What we collect from you: your name, email address, mobile number, and the alert preferences you select (fire types and service areas).
What we do with it: deliver the alerts you asked for, and contact you about your subscription. That is all.
What we never do: we do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with anyone for their own marketing. No third party receives your number except the messaging carriers and our messaging provider, solely to deliver your alerts.
Alert content: alerts describe incidents drawn from public safety dispatch feeds, public radio traffic, and public property records. Property information in an alert comes from those public sources, not from you.
Retention: we keep your subscriber record while your subscription is active. Ask us and we will delete it.
